The big difference between this forum and the forum (Letters To The Editor) in the Dubuque Telegraph Herald controlled by Mr B. Cooper, is that ANYONE may comment. Your comment does not have to agree with the fantasies of the editor. You do not have to give a home address or your surname, so no one will come knocking on your door because of a difference of opinion.

There are a few things that should be attended to.
1. If quotes are used, please give legitimate reference to the origin of the quotes.
2.Anything stated as fact should be backed up with a proper reference.
3. I do not have control of this forum, nor do I know the person that does. None of this should be a problem as long as everyone behaves themselves. Profanity is not needed or welcomed.
